In addition to our Aircore and Slimline RC drilling services, we also offer mud rotary drilling, a traditional drilling method that has been used for decades in the mining and exploration industry.
Mud rotary drilling involves the use of a drill bit attached to a drill pipe that rotates and cuts through the earth’s crust. A drilling mud, usually a mixture of water and additives, is pumped down the drill pipe to lubricate and cool the drill bit, as well as to carry the drill cuttings back to the surface. Mud rotary drilling is typically used for deeper drilling applications, where more precise geological data is required.
Our experienced drilling team has the expertise and equipment necessary to provide efficient and cost-effective mud rotary drilling services. We use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to ensure that our drilling operations are environmentally responsible and that we minimize any potential impact to the surrounding areas.
